About reseller WHM
We provide all resellers with a limited WHM. These limits help us control what actions the reseller is allowed.
As a resellers, you will have the ability to:
1) create, delete, and suspend your cPanel accounts.
2) manage and monitor your sites (password resets).
3) configure your own customers' support requests through cPanel.
4) permission to check the server information and status.
5) customize your hosting and control panel (skeleton directory, branding).
6) change your client domain names and usernames.
Resellers will NOT have the ability to:
1) change your primary domain name and username.
2) install SSL certificates.
3) restart services (http, mail, sql, ssh).
4) assign IP addresses.
5) automate backups tools.
6) have resellers under your account
